At Ready Buddy, we respect your privacy and give you full control
over your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data
at any time.
How to request account deletion
Please send an email from your registered email address to:
support@readybuddy.uk
Include the following information:
Your registered email address or username
Your account role (Customer or Supplier)
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
What data will be deleted
Upon verification, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile information
Email address and phone number
Login credentials
Any associated service records linked to your account
Data retention period
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
After this period, your data is permanently removed from our systems,
except where retention is required by law.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
You will lose access to all Ready Buddy services associated with your account.
